We have tried to design our new website in such a way that your visit will be a pleasant experience and placing your order will be as straightforward and secure as possible. However, we are a real company with real people and should you experience any difficulty we will be very happy to help you by email or telephone.
If you would like us to consider a book that you have written for publication, please email 2 sample chapters along with illustrations, a synopsis of the book and the chapters that it will entail. If possible, please also include the number of black and white/colour images being used, and the number of pages.
Emails should be directed to email@example.com
We are happy to pass on any correspondence to contributors on your behalf.
To contact a contributor to one of our books please direct mail to our Sandy Lane offices.
To contact a contributor to our magazine, Antique Collecting, please direct mail to Susan Wilson at our Sandy Lane offices.
If you would like to seek permission to reproduce any content from our books, please put the request in writing and email firstname.lastname@example.org
If you would like to request images to accompany reviews or publicity for our books, please contact Clara Heard at email@example.com or 01394 389979.
We are happy to pass on any correspondence to publishers whose titles we distribute. Please direct mail to Anna Pearce at Sandy Lane, or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you have purchased books either as a trade or mail order customer, they will have been dispatched to you by our distribution partner, NBN International. You can contact their customer service department for an update at email@example.com or by calling 01752 202301.
Mail order customers who have placed pre-publication book orders should contact firstname.lastname@example.org or call 01394 389977.
If you are enquiring about a subscription to Antique Collecting magazine, please contact email@example.com or telephone 01394 389957.
We have two websites - Antique Collectors Club and ACC Distribution. Antique Collectors Club only displays titles which we publish, whilst ACC Distribution displays all of our published and distributed titles. If you are looking for one of our distribution titles on our Antique Collectors Club website, then it will not appear. Please click here to visit our distribution website.
Mail order customers need to make payment at time of order and our site is fully security certified so you can enter the information with confidence. All cards are charged by NBN International immediately prior to dispatch of your order.
Trade customers should contact firstname.lastname@example.org or telephone 01394 389988 for details of our returns policy. Mail order customers should contact email@example.com or telephone 01394 389977 as soon as possible after delivery.
All books are packed carefully, but in the unlikely event of damage occurring in transit, we must be notified straight away to enable us to replace the item for you. Please use the contact details above. NBN may contact you to arrange collection of the faulty item.
* To enable us to give you the best service possible, we class all bookshops, wholesalers and anyone else who is retailing books, as trade customers, and any members of the public or antique dealers, restorers, etc. who are buying the books for their own use, as Mail Order customers.
